Neuro-Visual Training Classes

Our Neuro-Visual Training enhances the muscles that control the eyes and strengthens the connection between the eyes and the brain. This training focuses on the visual system to help athletes and students perceive and react to their environment faster and more accurately.

Our training programs are based on the process that (almost) every action in sports and school follows.

  • First, you must see it (Eyes).
  • Next you must process and decide what to do with what you just saw (Brain).
  • And finally, react with the most efficient motor response (Body).

All programs begin with a thorough assessment so that we can identify any possible deficiencies in these 3 areas. Then, the training begins and we repeat this process until you reach your goal.

Work one-on-one with a coach to help you achieve your fitness & athletic goals. Our trainers design an individualized program for you that is safe and effective, enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.

Private Neuro-Visual Training

Work one-on-one with a coach to help you improve your visual recognition skills and brain processing speed to help you achieve your athletic and academic goals. Our trainers design an individualized program that is based on your initial assessment and what skills are most important for you to be successful in your sport. Your personalized program will begin with your coach helping you correct any deficiencies. Once that is corrected, you’ll move on to high performance vision training.

Nutrition Coaching

Work one-on-one with a coach in achieving your health and nutrition goals. Accountability, guidance, body composition, meal plans, tracking and check-ins all to work toward your nutrition goals. As an athlete it’s important to understand how to fuel your body for optimal performance on a day to day basis for games, practices, workouts and off days. But also the long term effects it can have in transforming your body to reach your goals.

Every sport/position has an ideal body type(s). Everyone will benefit from gaining lean muscle. But if you want to gain weight or lose weight it’s a lot easier if you have a plan, compared to just guessing. Of course more muscle mass = more force production.
