What?

Our speed & agility, flexibility and strength training follows a traditional athletic performance route. We use tested and proven methods to progressively take athletes through the proper training cycle to reduce injury and optimize performance. We place heavy emphasis on form, flexibility, core stability, strength, and speed to increase power and explosiveness for athletes to build the physical skills necessary to perform at a high level.

What makes our program unique is the above combined with sensory vision training. Professional athletes have used vision training effectively for decades, but we are one of the first companies to make it available to athletes at all levels of play. The enhancement of one’s vision, brain, and body allows one to see, decide, and react faster and more accurately. By improving this process performance is elevated and our athletes are in better position to achieve their athletic, fitness, and academic goals.

Injury prevention is an important benefit of both vision and strength training. Concussion rates have been significantly reduced by major collegiate football programs as a result of vision training. This is mainly due to raised peripheral awareness making it easier to avoid unforeseen contact in team sports. Strength training has been proven to reduce injuries to bones, connective tissue and muscles, so athletes remain on the field more consistently.
