Dr. Bradford Murray

For 28 years Dr. Murray has run a Developmental Optometric practice where he has helped thousands of patients improve their vision for sports, school, and many other areas of life. He has worked with numerous local athletes and teams, and was even featured on ESPN for his work with the Santa Clara baseball team. As a former athlete, he has sought to design a training program to improve athletic performance using his expertise in vision. He is one of the first developmental optometrists to do so.
Dr. Murray is a member of the A-Team (www.highperformancevisionassociates.com), an exclusive group comprised of the top sports vision experts in the country. The A-Team tests elite professionals and amateurs in different occupations ranging from Pro Athletes to Special Ops Forces. He’s also a long time member of the Sports Vision Section of the American Optometric Association, the National Academy of Sports Vision, Optometric Extension Program, and College of Optometrists in Vision Development
Being around sports training and vision therapy for over 18 years, Shane has first-hand experience of the benefits that both have on athletic performance. This is what inspired his dream to run a fitness business that offers high quality total performance training. Shane previously attended Azusa Pacific University where he studied Exercise Science and played for their football team. He worked as a personal for 4 years before starting Sensory Speed, and has been teaching vision therapy to athletes and children since 2011. Shane continues to take educational courses in the fields of Sports Vision & Kinesiology.
Shane is also a member of the A-Team, comprised of the top sports vision experts in the country.

Allie graduated from Pioneer High school. She played 12 years of softball and tennis for 2 years. Allie has her AA-T in Communications from West Valley Community College and is currently a student at SJSU, majoring in Communications. After she receives her bachelors, she is looking to become a success in the corporate world of event planning.
Lead Trainer, Manager
Nate graduated from Chapman University with degrees in Business Admin and Accounting, and is now pursuing his passion of helping people move more efficiently in their craft and daily lives. In 2014 he researched the biomechanics of Forefoot Locomotion at San Jose State University with Silicon Valley Applied Biomechanics. He is Sensory Speed certified level 1 by Dr. Murray and continues to further his education in vision therapy and exercise science. Nate is a former multi-sport athlete at Chapman University (baseball, football), and brings a breadth of knowledge and experience to his athletic performance training methods.
Joshua is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Kinesiology at San Jose State University. He is a sports enthusiast and played basketball, football, and track in high school. His understanding of Exercise Physiology and Exercise Prescription is greatly strengthened through his undergraduate studies in General Biology with Pre-Medical students. Josh is also continuing his education in vision training learning under Dr. Murray.
